Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a gift card or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original jar seals, plastic bottle seals and labels intact. Refunds will be in the form of a gift card to Live the Essential Oil Life website: livneolife.com
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item (s) securely in its original packaging along with the RMA number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item (s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item (s) to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds will be in the form of a gift card to Live the Essential Oil Life website: livneolife.com for the amount of the returned product. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned as specified above. You are responsible for the shipping charges on exchanged item (s).
Note: An RMA (Return Merchandise Number) must be given to you by a customer service representative from Live the Essential Oil Life before returning any/all products.
For all returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item (s) was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your item (s). We highly recommend that you ensure the packages with the shipper and retain the tracking numbers of your return for your records.
No refunds will be given on item(s) returned 30 days or more after the original purchase date.
